• Built and maintain an offline-first mobile app used daily in production by 15 field readers to record water meter readings with photo evidence.
• Designed a local SQLite database with background sync and a two-phase upload (readings first, then photos to Azure Blob Storage) that prevents data loss on unstable connections.
